Gordon The God Engine
Built: 1922
Rebirthed: 1939
Gordon was built experimentally by an unknown entity for the Great Northern Railway at the unknown location in 1922 as a regular express engine. Unfortunately, this unknown entity gave Gordon many imperfection traits as Gordon is boastful, rude, and foolhardiness.
Gordon was a foolish engine who had many accidents that were caused by usually caused by him. On April 1, 1939, Gordon had a major accident caused by his foolishness and ignorance of the dangers of troublesome trucks. (This is also where his hatred for freight cars comes from.)
Gordon was damaged beyond repair and was to be scrapped until one day he appears new again. The head of the railway, Sir Topham Hatt, was shocked by this miracle and realized he may own what the prophets call a “God Engine”.
Gordon went on to live a successful life, but still occasionally has accidents here and there.
Now on April 1, we educating the other engines and even Gordon himself on the railway the tales of the many accidents Gordon faced before leading up to his major accident on April 1. We on April 1 must remind the other engines that education is important to avoid accidents on the Island of Sodor otherwise you will cause confusion and delay.
