Behind the Scenes: Toby and The Flood

A look at one of the hardest remakes I have EVER DONE!

Overview of the opening scenes. The river is a 40 gallon bucket.

At the beginning of filming, Toby actual fell in the hot bucket of water and short circuited his battery.  I replaced the battery with a new one and Toby was back to normal.

Percyengine619's aquarium (I was originally going to use some of the fish as a goof  in the scene where you see Toby talking to Percy. You can see the river going wild).

The Dam which is paper (It's disposable and not much to choose in my house).

The Dam is actually a Large USPS Priority Mail Box.

Different View (During the Dam's destruction I wanted to add a lot of other things to shows the destruction and power of water but to get a good camera angle, I had to hold the camera. Also, no one else was home to help me make this remake. I am a one man show).

I decided to make something else to upload along with Tomy Accidents & Tomy Remakes because I want to make more than just Tomy Remakes.

It called Tomy Sodor Races!

What is the Tomy Sodor Races?

A race series between 32 engines to see who is the fastest engine on the Island of Sodor. 32 engines is the maximum number of engines I could have to do this race. The engines will all go through a design race track I made or maybe run through my set. There is trouble around the bend and each loser and winner contribute to fuel the series.

Who is in it and why?

I picked engines I already had and some engines I could get cheap like BoCo or Stepney. Engines like Hiro, Lady, or the Narrow Gauge couldn't make it because of money, time for this tournament, and the difficulty of incorporating them in the bracket. 

Will you still do Tomy Remakes?

OF COURSE!! Sometimes I upload a remake and sometimes I upload a race video.

How long will the tournament last?

I don't know. When it ends it ends.

With the help of Diesel 10, Percy gets to the "W" even after getting knock down by boulders in the valley.

Maybe Diesel 10 is paying Percy back from the events in Day of the Diesel???
